Mowing, Edge, Trim, and Blow

These services are all included in our basic lawn maintenance price.

Weekly Schedules

Weekly schedules consist of 36 mowing’s for the year. You will be serviced weekly in the "growing season" with services decreased in the winter months.

Residential and Commercial Contracts

Our contracts are simple to understand and do not lock you into an agreement you cannot cancel. You can be on a simple mowing contract or a full service agreement which includes all or any of the services we provide.

Fall and Spring Cleanups

Raking and bagging leaves prepares your lawn for winter. In the spring, it's time for replacing dead plants that did not survive the winter and removal of debris from the lawn.

Lawn Aerating

Clay soils in our area lawns become compacted very easily. This will not allow the roots to get oxygen or absorb water and this leads to an unhealthy lawn. Aerating twice a year with proper lawn care and irrigation practices will give your yard an edge over everyone else's.

Heavy clay soil leads to compaction, poor drainage, heavy thatch, and disease problems. Aeration is a process of removing 3-4" cores from the soil in order to improve air circulation in the soil. Recommended to be performed 1-2 times a year.

Proper mulching helps to regulate the soil temperature, retain moisture, and reduce soil compaction. We can add a healthy layer of mulch to your beds and around your trees to protect them from the scorching heat in the summer and harsher weather in the winter.

Shrub Maintenance

Shrubs should be pruned as needed throughout the growing season. We perform this 3 times a year for most plants to keep them maintained and looking great.

Tree Pruning

Trees usually require trimming at least one time a year. Any diseased or dead limbs will be removed the proper way as to not harm the tree.

Bed Maintenance

Maintaining flower beds and keeping them weed free is an important part of any lawn care program. Beds are serviced every time we mow your lawn to keep them under control.

We change out annual color 3 times a year - spring, summer and fall. This assures you have color year round in your flower beds.

Grass, Tree, and Shrub Fertilization

Based on your type of grass, we have a program that we would schedule every 6-8 weeks which includes:

1. Slow release granular lawn fertilizer (non–burning), special formulations that meet the soil needs of our area and provide the best balance of nutrients for each lawn.

2. We spot treat weeds including Nutsedge as needed. No blanket applications are used unless you have significant weed problems.

3. Pre-emergent weed control for grassy weeds in Bermuda, Zoysia, and St. Augustine lawns to prevent weeds from growing. Since most grassy weeds cannot be sprayed once they are present, this is important. When it comes to pre-emergent weed control, timing is everything. Apply too late and the pre-emergent herbicide will be totally ineffective.

4. Chinch Bug protection.

5. Spot treatment for Brown Patch and Grey Leaf Spot.

6. We will blow off all sidewalks, driveway, and porches cleanly.

Our Tree Services & Shrub Services Includes

Deep Root Fertilization of slow release fertilizer with organic additives for increased soil health for shade trees.

Insecticides are used for trees and shrubs vulnerable to insect attack.

We offer fertilization for shrub beds, ornamental trees, and flower beds to improve health, color, and overall appearance.

Disease Control

Lawn Care Program includes spot treatment of diseases in lawn. We also have disease control programs for Brown Patch, Grey Leaf Spot, etc. Each lawn is evaluated and treated based on its condition and needs. We will evaluate your lawn and make recommendations on our initial trip.

Fire Ant Control

Fire Ants are a serious problem. Protect your family with our guaranteed season-long fire ant treatments.
